What we build

What a consulting engagement delivers

You get a written assessment and a plan you can act on, not a deck of frameworks. We have automated backend processes at Oracle, worked inside EPAM's delivery teams to their engineering standards, and taken over HoRes Hospitality Solutions' hotel management system, delivering the changes they needed faster while making the code easier to maintain. That range, from enterprise process work to rescuing someone else's codebase, is what we bring to your decisions.

  1. 01

    Architecture and code review

A written assessment of your current architecture and code, with findings ranked by risk and cost to fix.

  2. 02

Technology selection and build versus buy

A comparison of the realistic options for your case, with the trade-offs stated plainly instead of one answer without reasons.

  3. 03

    Scalability and cost modelling

An assessment of where your current design will strain under growth and what it would take to fix before it does.

  4. 04

    Security review

A review of your architecture and code for the security gaps most likely to matter, ranked by real risk, not by checklist.

  5. 05

    Migration and modernization plan

A concrete plan for moving off a legacy system or outdated stack, staged so the business keeps running throughout.

  6. 06

    Delivery plan and estimate

A scoped plan with sequencing and an estimate you can take into budgeting, built from the system as it actually is.

Typical problems we solve

Situations that bring in outside judgment

  • We inherited a system nobody here fully trusts.

We read the code and the data model before we form an opinion, then hand you a written assessment of what is solid, what is risky and what to fix first.

  • A project has stalled and we do not know why.

We look at the architecture, the backlog and how the team actually works to find where progress is really stuck, then hand you a concrete plan to move again.

  • AWS, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud, which one for us?

We weigh your workload, existing skills and running cost against each platform's real strengths and recommend one with the trade-offs stated plainly, not by default.

  • We need a second opinion before committing budget.

We review the proposal, the architecture or the estimate independently of whoever wrote it and hand you a written assessment to bring into the decision.

How we work

How a consulting engagement runs

How every engagement runs

  • Clear scope and estimate

You know what you get, when, and what it costs before work starts.

  • Working software early

Short iterations with results you can see and test.

  • Transparent communication

Direct contact with the engineers, regular updates and no surprises.

  • Support after release

We stay responsible for what we delivered.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

  • What do we actually receive from a consulting engagement?

A written assessment of what we reviewed, findings ranked by risk and cost, and a concrete architecture, technology or migration proposal you can act on. Where it helps, that includes a delivery plan and an estimate. What you get depends on the question you bring us, and we agree the scope before we start.

  • Can you review our architecture without taking over the build?

Yes. A review, a technology recommendation or a second opinion on a proposal is a complete engagement on its own, with nothing built by us as a condition. Some clients stop there, others ask us to implement the plan or stay on to support their team.

  • Will you work alongside our existing developers?

Yes. Inside EPAM's delivery teams we worked to their engineering standards and process, not only on our own projects, and we take the same approach directly with clients: reviewing code, pairing on specific decisions or mentoring less senior engineers without displacing your team.

  • What if the review finds our architecture is basically sound?

Then that is what the report says, along with any smaller risks worth fixing and the ones safe to leave as they are. The goal is an honest, written assessment you can rely on for your decision, not a case for more work than you need.

  • Do you help with technical due diligence before an investment?

Yes. We review the codebase, architecture, infrastructure and delivery process against the claims being made and hand you a written assessment of the technical risk: what is solid, what needs investment, and what could affect the decision.
