What we build
Websites we plan, build and keep fast
A website that ranks, loads fast and turns a visitor into an enquiry is a structural problem before it is a design one: information architecture, technical SEO and a form that asks only what you need. We built Tenjo Tetsudo's website in four languages with a browser demo of their model railway and live track reservations, and this site runs in Czech, English and Japanese and stays fast on a phone.
-
01
Marketing and lead-generation sites
Structured around your services and locations, built to rank for what buyers search and end each page with a clear action.
-
02
Multilingual sites with hreflang
Content, URLs and metadata correctly tagged per language, so search engines show the right page in each market you serve.
-
03
Reservation and lead forms
Booking and enquiry forms built into the site structure, not bolted on, like the two-track reservation system behind Tenjo Tetsudo.
-
04
Technical SEO and structured data
Sitemaps, robots rules, canonical tags and JSON-LD so pages are found, understood and indexed correctly by search engines.
-
05
Fast, Core Web Vitals builds
Self-hosted fonts, image dimensions set, lazy loading and no blocking scripts, so pages stay fast on the phones your visitors use.
-
06
Custom build or CMS
A Django-backed custom build where you need forms, bookings or logic, or a CMS you can edit yourself when content is the main need.
Typical problems we solve
Decisions that shape a business website
-
Should we build custom or use a CMS?
We weigh the forms, bookings and logic you actually need against your ongoing editing needs, then recommend a Django build, a CMS, or a mix, and explain what each costs to maintain later.
-
Our site ranks in one language, not all three.
We implement hreflang tags, per-language URLs, translated metadata and sitemaps correctly from the start, the same approach behind this site's Czech, English and Japanese pages.
-
Visitors leave without booking or enquiring.
We restructure the page around the one action that matters, shorten the form to what you truly need to reply, the same approach that built Tenjo Tetsudo's track reservations.
-
The site is slow and Core Web Vitals fail.
We audit fonts, scripts, images and third-party embeds, remove what blocks rendering, and rebuild the page to load fast on real phones, not only in a lab test.

Book your own track on the model railway Website with track rental reservations for Tenjo Tetsudo, a diorama cafe in Kumamoto
Tenjo Tetsudo lets guests run model trains through a hand-built diorama while they enjoy coffee and sweets. We built their website in four languages, with a gallery, a browser demo of the layout and online reservations where customers book one of the two tracks for the time they want to drive.
-
An engineering ecosystem around an AI solver Website, automation, engineering desktop apps and Škoda Auto integration for Uptim.ai
For Uptim.ai we built the software around their AI solver: the website, automation and task delegation, desktop applications for engineers that cover pre-processing, calculations and post-processing, the link between those applications and the solver itself, and the integration into Škoda Auto's engineering workflow.
How we work
From structure to a live, fast site
-
01
Structure and content plan
We map the pages, languages and the one action each page should drive, before any design or code begins.
-
02
Design for reading and action
Layout, type and the enquiry or reservation form take shape together, so the design serves the action, not only the eye.
-
03
Build, connect and launch
We build the site, wire up forms, analytics and hosting, then check speed, SEO tags and every language before it goes live.
-
04
Keep it fast and current
Content updates, technical SEO checks and Core Web Vitals stay part of the plan after launch, not an afterthought.
How every engagement runs
-
Clear scope and estimate
You know what you get, when, and what it costs before work starts.
-
Working software early
Short iterations with results you can see and test.
-
Transparent communication
Direct contact with the engineers, regular updates and no surprises.
-
Support after release
We stay responsible for what we delivered.
Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
-
Should our website use a CMS or a custom build?
It depends on what the site has to do. A CMS suits a site that is mostly text and images you will edit yourselves. A custom Django build suits reservations, calculators or logic like the track booking system we built for Tenjo Tetsudo, and it stays yours to extend, not locked to a template.
-
Can our site rank well in more than one language?
Yes, with correct hreflang tags, translated metadata and separate URLs per language, search engines can show the right page to the right audience instead of guessing. This site runs in Czech, English and Japanese the same way, and we built Tenjo Tetsudo's site in four languages with the same approach.
-
What actually affects Core Web Vitals on our site?
Mostly fonts, images and third-party scripts. We self-host fonts, set image dimensions so pages do not jump while loading, defer or remove scripts that block rendering, and load anything below the fold only when it is needed.
-
Who owns the content, domain and hosting after launch?
You do. The domain, hosting accounts and content are yours from the start, we do not hold anything hostage to keep you as a client. We can manage hosting and maintenance if you want that handled, or hand everything over for your own team to run.
-
Can you build a booking or reservation form like Tenjo Tetsudo's?
Yes, that is exactly the kind of feature we build into the site rather than bolt on with a third-party widget. For Tenjo Tetsudo we built reservations for two model railway tracks, in four languages, alongside a gallery and a browser demo of their diorama, so the whole experience feels like one site.
