We built the submission portal ČVUT uses for student coursework and teacher review, extended the Django system behind HoRes hotel operations, and shipped the reservation system for Tenjo Tetsudo's model railway tracks.

Data still lives in spreadsheets nobody trusts
We migrate spreadsheets and legacy exports into a proper database with validation rules, so the numbers people report to management are finally correct and traceable.

We separate data per tenant or per customer at the database and application level and test the access rules directly, instead of only trusting the interface to hide the wrong records.

Website with track rental reservations for Tenjo Tetsudo, a diorama cafe in Kumamoto
Tenjo Tetsudo lets guests run model trains through a hand-built diorama while they enjoy coffee and sweets. We built their website in four languages, with a gallery, a browser demo of the layout and online reservations where customers book one of the two tracks for the time they want to drive.

Should we build on Django, FastAPI, or both?
It depends on the shape of the work. Django gives you an admin interface, authentication and a full framework out of the box, which suits a portal with many screens and roles. FastAPI is a better fit for a lean API layer or a service that mainly talks to other systems. We have shipped both and often combine a Django backend with FastAPI for a specific integration.

What determines the cost of a web application?
Mainly the number of roles and permission levels, how much of your data needs migrating from spreadsheets or an old system, the integrations you need, and how much reporting the dashboards have to do. A focused first version covering your core workflow is usually the fastest way to get something your team can start using.

Can you migrate our data from spreadsheets or an old system?
Yes. We write import scripts that clean and validate the data as it comes in, map it to the new data model, and flag rows that need a human decision instead of silently guessing. We keep the old export available until everyone trusts the new system.

How do you keep different customers' data separate?
We design permissions and data isolation into the database and the application layer from the start, not as an afterthought, and we test that a user from one account cannot reach another account's records. The same approach applies whether customers share one system or each gets a separate space.

What happens after the application goes live?
You own the code, the database and the infrastructure it runs on. We offer ongoing support for monitoring, new features and the changes that only surface once real users and real data volumes are in the system, but nothing locks you into staying with us.
